PIE Mission Statement
Clayton County Public Schools Partners™ In Education mission is to create, maintain, and focus a program through which the businesses, universities, professional groups, and governmental agencies can form a partnership with schools in order to enhance educational opportunities for our students.
PIE Goals
The overall goal of Clayton County Public Schools Partners In Education Program is to bring the world of business and education together. The program serves four purposes:
To enrich, motivate, and support the education of our students
To recognize and encourage teachers
To strengthen school and community relationships
To foster a positive relationships between the schools and partners
How can Partners assist schools?
Donate books, school supplies, office materials or other resources to the school.
Speak at school career day programs, provide tours of their business
Sponsor opportunities for our students to attend a musical, dances, plays, cultural activities, internships, visiting governmental agencies, and leadership programs.
Sponsor academic contests, provide awards and trophies.
Sponsor staff development opportunities for teachers and staff to attend.
Display student art work publicly.
